The Rock Community Church

The Rock reached maximum capacity and needed to expand. CFS was hired to provide complete A to Z services (strategic planning through construction), completing the development of a $13 million, 50,000 SF ground-up development, comprising 900 seats, at 12472 W. Belleview Avenue in Littleton, CO.

Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Community

ESMRC hired Developco to evaluate expansion options and to guide them through the development of an additional 68 senior living apartments on their existing campus. Developco helped ESMRC understand their target client, likely market rents, likely total project costs and then sourced a loan for this $15.8 million project.

Crossroads Community Church

Crossroads Community Church needed to obtain a larger worship facility because of continuing membership growth. Development was challenged to make a small renovation budget stretch by acquiring an existing building to renovate. Developco was able to obtain a higher than normal loan amount to carry the existing church property until it could be sold.

Meadows Crossing
