Developco was hired by investor Gateway One, LLC to lead the $7 million development of two (2) ground-up retail buildings comprising 22,700 sf in Vista Ridge at 3075 Vista Ridge Drive in Erie, Colorado. The buildings were designed by Bryant Flink Architects, constructed by Waner Construction and leased by Julie McBrearty with SullivanHayes Brokerage.
Developco’s responsibilities included overseeing the final design, engineering, site development plan negotiations and approval with the Town of Erie (in collaboration with Proof Civil Consulting Engineers), financing assistance, construction oversight and FF&E outfitting.
