They took great care of us during our building renovation project a few years ago. From the real estate transaction to the completed project, they walked with us the entire time with professionalism and competence.<\/p>\n<p>I would NEVER tackle a project of this size without a project management team \u2013 and DA would always be my choice. Sometimes in the process I felt like DA was the only one representing the church\u2019s best interest. That\u2019s what they care about\u2026.not if the architect is happy or the contractor \u2013 but the needs and wants of the client. Also, I would ONLY have an independent project manager. Not one provided by the architect or the contractor. DA assisted us in carefully evaluating several different options including renovating an existing building in a nearby city and expanding on our current site. After this thorough research was complete, we made the informed decision to buy 19 acres and build a multiphase campus.<\/p>\n<p>DA has coached us at each stage with property negotiations and acquisition, selecting and leading a building team, evaluating and selecting financing, selecting and negotiating contracts with architects and contractors, on into construction supervision.<\/p>\n<p>Scott and Tim bring unique strengths which complement each other and provide not only many years of experience, but also a Christian commitment that comes through in the way they perform their work.
