Development Advisors was invited to procure successful retail development sites for Client (AAA restaurant sites), who is a new Del Taco franchisee and assist with orchestration of the development process for each new restaurant.
Assignment Highlights
- Identified, researched, solicited and negotiated the site selection of multiple sites for AAA restaurant sites.
- Performed in-depth research of property owners in targeted trade areas.
- Procured “billboard” quality locations that would advertise this new regional, but well known national California brand Mexican quick-serve restaurant.
- Completed the entitlements necessary to begin construction of the first 3 new restaurant facilities. Client lacked staff and therefore needed development coordination assistance.
- Orchestrated the architectural design, engineering and construction management tasks for each facility.
Results
- Completed site selection and development consulting for 5 new restaurant sites.
- Client’s first location in Lone Tree consistently is in the top-tier of highest producing restaurant facilities in the entire U.S.
