Scott McLean
Scott has over 40 years of commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development experience. He helps growing organizations acquire and relocate into larger buildings to realize their desired Vision.
Mr. McLean quarterbacks facility expansion projects as the Broker and Owner’s Representative providing A to Z services including the new project Visioning, Operational Planning, Financial Feasibility, Site / Building Acquisition (as real estate broker), Financing, Municipal Entitlements, Project Team Selection, Design & Construction management, and FF&E Oufitting.
Mr. McLean is a graduate from the University of Denver, College of Business Administration. He and his wife Susan live in central Denver and are active attenders of New Denver Church.

Andy Stewart
Andy has more than 35 years of experience in design and commercial construction. He began his construction career in 1989 as an officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps, managing military construction projects in southern California. Upon his separation from the Navy in 1994, he moved back to Colorado and continued his construction career working as an estimator, project manager, business development manager, area manager and vice president. His career has included both time as an owner's representative and commercial general contractor, giving him multiple perspectives and experience in the commercial construction sector. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Colorado.
Andy is president and founder of True Impact Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)3 faith based non-profit that cares for orphaned and disadvantaged children in East Africa. In his free time, he leads teams to Africa to build schools and homes for orphans, drill water wells, and provide other infrastructure in support of the care of children. He has a passion for helping churches and other non-profits with construction projects, from team selection through design, construction and project close-out.
