More About Scott McLean

Mr. Scott McLean is in his thirty-second year of commercial real estate brokerage and development.

Mr. McLean began his career in sales in 1979 after graduating from the University of Denver, College of Business Administration.

In 1983, Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services hired Mr. McLean where he consistently achieved in the top five percent for all Grubb & Ellis agents in the Denver area.

In 1991, Scott McLean formed Office Advisors, LLC to offer tenant representation, development and development consulting services for corporate users. His first development assignment in 1991 was to assist with a new headquarters office building for the Colorado Association of School Boards. In 2002, he changed the company name to better reflect his full-time development endeavors and Development Advisors, LLC was formally created.

Mr. McLean is a past member of the Greater Denver Chamber of Commerce President's Club and Membership Counsels. Mr. McLean is a past President and founding member of Denver Active 20/30, a past board member of Denver Boys, Inc., a past member of National Business Executives, and past President of the Theta Chi Alumni Association. Mr. McLean has attained his "Certified Toastmaster" designation from Toastmasters and has served as a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement's Applied Economics course taught to area high school students. Mr. McLean is the past Executive Director for Team Ironclad which is a national Christian mountain biking ministry of Cherry Hills Community Church and affiliated with the International Christian Cycling Club. For six years, Mr. McLean was a Whiz Kids tutor and assisted disadvantaged children in the inner city with reading skills. He has served on the leadership team for Pinnacle Forum Colorado and is a past Board Member of the Colorado Spoke of the International Christian Cycling Club. Mr. McLean is or has been a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Denver Athletic Club and is a Lifetime Honorary Member of Denver Active 20/30. He attends Harvest Bible Chapel in Cherry Hills Village.

Mr. McLean is an avid road bicyclist and master swimmer. He is married to Susan and lives in central Denver.
