Scott McLean

Scott is in his thirty-seventh year of commercial real estate and today specializes in commercial property development. As Managing Principal, he leads the front-end of Developco's projects.

Scott began his career in sales in 1979 after graduating from the University of Denver, College of Business Administration. In 1983, Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services hired Scott and for eight years he consistently achieved in the top five percent for all Denver area Grubb & Ellis office property real estate brokers.

In 1991, Scott McLean founded Office Advisors, LLC to offer tenant representation, development and consulting services for corporate real estate users. His first development assignment in 1991 was a new headquarters office building for the Colorado Association of School Boards. In 2002, the company name was changed to Development Advisors, LLC. Today, Mr. McLean focuses on commercial property development for occupier and investor clients. You can read an expanded profile of Scott here.

Chad Olivier

Chad brings over 34 years of successful experience in construction management to the Development Advisors team. He leads the operational arm of the firm, focused on successful project execution. His expertise covers many segments of the industry, including health care, high-end residential housing, hospitality, office, retail, and civil construction.

After receiving a B.S. degree in construction management from Colorado State University in 1988, Chad enjoyed a 28-year career with a prominent international general contractor. In 2016, he launched his own consulting business while returning to his alma mater for a part-time teaching assignment. Chad earned a Masters of Arts degree in Leadership from Denver Seminary in 2018. He is known throughout the Colorado construction community as a respected instructor and constructor, and as a construction expert for the legal community.

Chad’s resume of projects includes Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Denver International Airport, The Viceroy Resort at Snowmass, and 250 Columbine in Cherry Creek. He has more recently played the role of Owner Representative on numerous projects, including Crossroads Community Church, Greenwood Community Church, St Mary’s Catholic Parish, Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church, and the Cloudveil resort hotel in Jackson, Wyoming. He specializes in building team chemistry while offering a friendly approach to challenges of contract compliance and mutual accountability.

Married for 27 years to his wife Karen, Chad has three grown children who share his heart for service to others. His eldest son John is finishing a doctorate in physical therapy, his daughter Emily is in nursing, and his youngest son Chase proudly serves the country in the Army. In his limited spare time, Chad enjoys golf, fly-fishing, hunting, and skiing.

Dan Rondinelli

Dan brings over 35 years of commercial construction experience to the Development Advisors team. His expertise relates to many segments of the industry including educational, advanced technology, office, transportation, healthcare, hospitality, environmental, and multi-family.

After receiving a B.S. degree in construction management from Colorado State University in 1987, Dan’s commercial construction career became well balanced between operations, preconstruction, estimating, business development, and business management experience with several notable local contractors. This balance helps Dan serve his client’s needs from concept design through project close-out. Dan also holds a “Class A” supervisor’s certificate in the City and County of Denver, this allows him to supervise projects of unlimited scope and scale within the City.

Dan’s list of clients includes Parker Adventist Hospital, Littleton Adventist Hospital, Denver Country Club, US Air Force Academy, RTD, University of Colorado Boulder, Encana Oil and Gas, and Charter Communications. As a Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Dan also has a tested competency in Project Management, Scheduling, Estimating and Cost Control. Strengths include his ability to lead complex teams with critical thinking and clear communication.

Married for 32 years to his wife Jill, Dan has two grown boys that share his heart for the outdoors and serving others. Dan loves to share his experiences and has taught quantity take-off and estimating for CSU since 2000. When he is not building exciting projects, you can find him in his wood shop working with his hands.
